INTERACTIVE DESIGNERS
ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES, TASKS:

Work with members of the Creative, Copy and Marketing teams to conceptualize and execute visual concepts for a variety of projects in clear, imaginative ways.
- Work with the latest applications to bring a project from concept to reality.
- Collaborate ideas with different teams and departments.
- Design online assets (landing pages, banners, logos) for new products
- Edit and visually improve existing products.
- Effectively participate in the creative process from conception to final production.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions when requested.
- Mock-up design concepts for review and approval.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Complete weekly job status reports and account for job tracking

Requirements:


- Minimum 1 year of formal web design training (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong layout skills using the latest web technology
- High proficiency with Photoshop.
- Flash (Action Script a plus)
- Dreamweaver (Solid HTML required. CSS a plus)
- Illustrator
- Understanding of Web browsers capabilities.
- Knowledge of image optimization for web.
- Outstanding communications skills and self-discipline.
- Work independently and see a project from start to finish.
- Must be proactive, innovative, and able to collaborate.

PREFERRED:

- Multimedia, rich media skills
- Experience designing and Websites/ Landing Pages/ Banner/Email advertisements.
